Which languages can you translate?
We can translate any document to or from English with the following language choices: Russian, Romanian, Hebrew, Spanish, French, German, and Ukrainian. We provide translations based on the requirements of the USCIS and Federal Courts, so rest assured you will have an accurate and suitable document to present with any application or case.
How long does it usually take to translate my documents?
Our Document Translation Service is fast and reliable. Within minutes of receiving your request, our staff will review the project and send you a quote for the work to be completed. Once you agree to the quote, we will send you an invoice for payment.
Express Service is available if you need your documents to be translated quickly. In some cases this work can be done the same day, depending on when you submit the files. An additional charge will be applied to your quote if you request express service.
How is Payment arranged for the translation?
The typical cost is approximately $50 per page depending on the complexity of the document. Your quote will explain this in detail. Ince you agree ont he quote for the work, we will complete your order and invoice you via PayPal for the document translation. You can elect to pay by check, credit card or paypal. Documents are mailed or released once payment is complete. Rush service for documents is also available.
Can you notarize the translators work?
In some court documents, a translators work is required to be notarized. We can accomodate this request if you check the appropriate box in the order form. This is an extra service and an additional fee is required to pay the Notary Public.
How do I send you my document for translation?
You can upload your document on the order form or Fax it to 866-587-8971. If you choose to fax, please complete the order form so we can have all details on the project. Keep in mind Fax machines do not always present legible copies of documents, so we may have to contact you for a better copy. We do not require an original document for the translation.
